I’m truly sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction and would like to provide some clarity on the matter.Your reservation was a pre-paid booking made through Expedia. As per the reservation terms, when you did not arrive for your stay, the reservation was marked as a no-show and automatically cancelled. Since Expedia is your Online Travel Agent (OTA), they are the only party that can assist with any adjustments or refunds related to the booking.Unfortunately, our hotel does not have the authority to process changes or refunds for reservations made through third-party platforms, as we are bound by their policies. Quiet and peaceful. Nice looking lobby but rooms and hallways need a little update. I’m assuming they are working on it.

We stayed here for the Taylor Swift Concert because of course it was so expensive anywhere downtown. We Ubered to York Mills Subway station (about 9-11 dollars) and hopped on the subway for 4.00. It was a 20 min ride to Union Station and we paid just over 430.00 for two nights. The places to eat within walking distance and a Starbucks as well. The hotel is really pretty inside the lobby, one elevator out, so the elevator rides were delayed some, but the room was very spacious.

I was in town with some friends for a couple of nights, and the Pan Pacific Toronto was a great choice for us! It was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and it felt fancy but we felt it was a reasonable price to split! Overall I'd recommend
