Front desk staff a little inexperienced but otherwise a great place to stay. Was a little disappointed that our ocean view room was on a lower floor. All you could see was the trees between the hotel and the ocean

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Sopot, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was incredibly helpful, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The entire stay was perfect—the facilities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was both comfortable and luxurious. It's a very, very nice place, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Sopot.

Very comfortable hotel by the Sopot pier and the Baltic sea. Easy on-site parking.

Dogs, wrong music at the breakfast. Bar? should have Vine Porto. The bartender should know how to make Mix drinks, like Gin Martini..like Americans like etc.
The most importent? Kids get allergy from the Dogs. Parents not to happy and need to move to Sofitel hotel next door

The location of this hotel other than the Grand is superb! Absolutely love it and have stayed there few years ago. This is a very nice hotel but, it’s time for room upgrades. It’s overdue. I stayed there a few years back and it looks a bit beat up. One thing that I did dislike about this place is the amount of dogs people had. Don’t get me wrong, I love my dog and love to travel but, this was a bit much. Also, the room cleaning service needs to improve I’d give it a 2 out of 5.
Breakfast fantastic, spa amazing and top on line gym!
