A vibrant young vibe with great nightlife. The hotel was immaculate, staff were very helpful and went above and beyond. The breakfast was included and exceptional, the best we have had while traveling in Europe for two weeks. The staff at breakfast, Irma and Ana really made the experience unforgettable. We had a fantastic trip and would go back in a heartbeat. "

"The pools were dirty, especially the indoor pool. We had to leave a day early. We alerted the staff to this when we checked in. They said it wasn't a problem and had us fill out a form. When we we checked out, they said they were going to charge us for the day we weren't staying."
