We had an apartment with 2 rooms and one room was never cleaned.The wellness area is nice but due to the opening hours we were not able to visit if very often (closes at 7).
I am travelling on a regular basis and usually stay >60 days a year in various Hotels. The service in the restaurant of Hotel Berg was the worst service I have ever experienced. Zero customer orientation and not very friendly at all. The most important thing is to do a reservation (restaurant was almost empty), doesn't matter if it is 5 minutes before you want to have dinner but anyhow you need it. When we arrived at the restaurant we were forced to decide if we want a starter or not. We didn't get time to review the menu first. When I decided for my main course the waiter told me that he wouldn't recommend it - so I took Pizza (but I wouldn't recommend it too).
Please do not ask for a drink when you are in wellness or atthe hotel bar! They have opening hours you do not see anywhere and those hours must be very precise timeslots because we were never able to get a drink (but there were 2 standing people behind the bar) ;)
The ladies at the massage and reception were friendly and helpful and the Lake Macha is a great location to spend some time and have fun. If I ever go there again I will definitely try Hotel Port.

Nicht schlecht aber 4 Sterne leider nicht . Abends keine Terrasse, Bar 21 Uhr geschlossen und keine Bedienung außerhalb des Restaurants. Die Bar am Pool war nicht besetzt. Keine Unterhaltungsmöglichkeit im Hotel. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, die Zimmer waren sauber
