Exceptional experience from beginning to end! The Spa and Hair/Nail salon deserve 7 stars. I’ve stayed all over the world and this was by far the best most luxurious experience I’ve ever had. The staff were exceptional!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, spotless, staff is the best part of this hotel. They went above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing stay. Charles and Olivio at the concierge were absolutely brilliant! Made sure I felt like a queen!!!! I’m so happy I booked Waldorf
