very bad hotel

the personnel were very rude, with us and didn’t want to solve anything, only took the money for the cancel penalty. not though in the passengers.

I found staff extremely rude and difficult to deal with. They made me waiting for an hour just to get checked in. Very small and uncomfortable room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Horrible Hotel, stole my money!
Posted 1 Jan 2024 on HotelsThis hotel stole 379 CAD from me, for a simple misunderstanding spent over 1 hour just before New Years Eve, the General Manager was rude, the lady at the reception was ride, no wifi in the rooms, no customer service, small, cheap and horrible place, definitely DO NOT GO THERE there are plenty of Hotels in Qatar do not pick this one they only care about money, its a Shame for Qatar , Qatar is a great place with great people, but this place is a shame to this wonderful country!

My Stay in November
Posted 18 Nov 2023 on HotelsThe stay is reasonable with the price, however the staff was over busy, room service were called multiple times and no one attended at all, Parking is horrible for big 4WD Cars. Location wise is excellent, everything is next to you, in winter you can walk around to Souq Waqif.
