Bad experience
Posted 6 Apr 2019 on HotelsLooks nothing like the pics. Rooms were large but paint was pealing and building generally neglected. Situated in the middle of nowhere. Qatar should also compensate visitors due to the construction as this causes major delay and thus additional cost. Well they did help us with a early check-in which we were grateful for. But it's Because their phones were not working till we booked. Also disappointed with Hotels.com for not assisting us and leaving everything to chance.

The carpet was filthy. There were squares in the carpet where they cut out a stain and put in another square. In short, the carpet seemed to dirty to walk on. The internet was problematic, and in general, it was a poor excuse for a four star, two stars at best.

Pros: nothing at all
the staff very rude and no response at all , they are not changing bed sheets , the smell very bad specially in the bathroom . overall soooo shiiiiiit
