Stayed for 6 nights, great staff all round. Very polite and respectful. Only downside was i wasnt offered my usual room upgrade as a gold member.

The staff is incredible from the ladies at the front desk, ladies in the back office the restaurant, the cleaning staff, The gentleman at the front door ! you could not ask for a nicer group of people they make them stay there worthwhile.

Property is near the airport and easy to get Uber when ever and wherever you want to go. Staff are kind and helpful. The hotel is worn out and can do some renovations.

Had a good stay at movenpick. Firstly i will start with the good points Service waa really good especially at brekfast they couldjt do enough. Housekeeping also very friendly and cleans very well. Pool and jacuzzi kept clean. The pool is blocked from the sun due to the high buildings however it is slightly heated and my daughter really enjoyed it. The hotel is in a very good location. Not much within walking distance but we had a rental and everything was nearby and easy to get too and there was a petrol station next to the hotel The not so good bits that id improved can make the stay excellent. Parking is limited so if you get back late you will struggle to find a spot however the hotel does offer valet parking if this is the case We had half board included however the dinner was not to our liking. There was seafood night for 2 nights we are not seafood people so we had to go out and buy our own dinner as they would not give us any other options. The thirs night was a 5 dish buffet again food not to our liking so we had to go make our own arrangements so by the 4th night we had given up and did not dine at the hotel. Breakfast buffet there was plenty of options but the food was always very very cold or lukewarm. The buffet burners seem to be switched off so the food was not kept warm Genenral hotel appearance - the rooms were clean but could do with some new carpet bit of paint and just general maintenance. But was clean. Would i stay again - yes -
