Room is too small

Honestly the room was very small. The price is too high for such hotel room.

Hotel lobby noisy, staff and management don’t care at all, very disturbing at night late , screaming kids and no one care, food breakfast very mediocre, checkout operator don’t speak English well didn’t send doorman for the bags had to get them myself, room cleanliness not that good even though I tipped daily.

Dear Mr. Fadi,Thank you for staying at our hotel.However, we regret to hear that we didn't meet your expectations in terms of buffet breakfast, room's comfort and cleanliness. Hence, investigation was conducted to verify the source of the complaint and we found out that a family with their kids were checking in late night and which caused this disturbance. Moreover, our operator speaks good English and he understood your request for luggage assistance, and he conveyed the message to our bellman. Unfortunately, our Concierge team were engaged with a big group of rooms departing at the same time of your request and which caused this delay. We are really sorry on that. As for our buffet breakfast, it includes a wide selection of cereals, dairy products, pastry such as croissants, donuts, live station such as pancake, waffles, omelets, eggs station, Arabic and International food from foul, manakish, salads, cold dishes to hot dishes, fruits and desserts to cover all guests' tastes. Furthermore, your feedback about our room's cleanliness was forwarded to our Executive Housekeeper for his readiness.We hope that you will give us another opportunity to welcome you back at our hotel and make it a memorable stay.Best regards,Khalil KhnaisserRooms Division Manager
