I had a very pleasant stay here for the web summit, the staff were super helpful and attentive. The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect , even though it says the hotel is 14 mins walk from the DECC, in reality it’s only a 7 minute walk and 5 minutes from the shopping centre, which makes commuting super easy.

The property is in a good location ,near the shopping centre , the beach is near as well ,very please. The Manager of the restaurant is very polite and welcome the resident and the staff very professional . will book this hotel again and thank you all.

Great stay in a king suite room. Spacious, clean and no major issues. Breakfast was ok-average and a little rushed with food being taken away right at closing time even if you were stood there helping yourself. The coffee machine always had a long queue for some strange reason. Not a huge choice in the buffet style breakfast but enough to fill you.

Need to improve elevators and fix the problem. Manage better the crowd, too many people at breakfast and no enough space or sometimes food.
