I didn’t stay at the hotel because I wasn’t able to reach the location of the hotel and they refuse to give me my refund and I have filed a fraudulent charges with my credit card company

It was great with a family to have a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartments are connected to the main hotel so we had full access to all the hor facilities as well.
