The room and bed were massive but the hotel is uterly devoid of character.
Not a bad place to stay for a night and was pretty clean but really is just a place to sleep.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and comfortable. We were looking for a clean place to rest before going over the boarder the next day and this property delivered. Breakfast was good. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel and the area, although barren, seemed safe.

Amazing service and a truly kind staff
Posted 21 Sep 2022 on HotelsThe rooms were really nice and very very clean and the breakfast was really great. But I think what we really enjoyed was the staff. Personal attention doesn’t even begin to describe it. They would order dinner for us, plan a taxi, even made our breakfast the way we wanted just when we mentioned something we liked- without us even asking . They were so kind and calm and helped us work out some other problems we had unrelated to our stay. The time and attention they gave us was the best I have had at any hotel. It felt like we were family I have such good memories and am truly thankful for every thing they did ☺️ I can’t wait to go back!

L'accueil était très agréable. La chambre était bien.
On prend le petit dejeuner au dernier etage avec accès à une terrasse d'où on a une vue magnifique sur les principaux points d'intérêt.
Grâce à M Martin Nous avons pu faire des visites très intéressantes .
Malheureusement, dès qu'il n"est pas présent dans l'établissement, les femmes de ménage ne font pas la chambre et, quand on insiste pour qu'elles le fassent, elles réagissent de façon négative.

Posted 1 May 2024 on HotelsDas Hotel macht einen ganz neuen Eindruck, leider auch etwas steril. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer hatte einen fantastischen Blick auf den Berg Ararat. Die Durchgangsstraße ist nachts wenig befahren, daher konnten wir auch gut schlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine große Auswahl geboten. Der Frühstücksraum liegt im 6.Stock und bietet auch einen schönen Ausblick.

- Clean room
- Beautiful roof terrace with stunning views
- Private parking in front of the hotel
- Room very noisy, the hotel is located directly on the main road
- Generally the hotel is very noisy
- No air conditioning and no fridge in the room
- no real soundproof windows
- Room could not be completely darkened as a curtain was missing.
- After showering, the bathroom was flooded because the shower was not separated and the water did not drain off properly.
- WLAN OK, but not everywhere receivable (e.g. roof terrace).
- Hotel looks very sterile and i has the impression that the money has run out and it has not been completely furnished.
