I opted to stay here because of the price and relatively high rating. I'm a bit shocked at how highly this place is rated. It is definitely sub 2-star accommodations.
For the price, it's definitely ok, especially if you're here as a single man on work or something. But not a good place for a family stay or if you're looking to be comfortable. Treat this place as just a place to sleep.
Thankfully, I was called by the desk to "confirm my reservation" and my room wasn't given away. However, at checkin another guest with a reservation was lied to and told "they didn't have their reservation" but when the guest pulled out proof on their phone eventually the staff "found the reservation" but said "tough luck I have no room for you".
That guest was fed up enough to not fight with the owner about finding him another room elsewhere etc, but this was a dirty way to handle over-booking.
Most of the linens were stained. They seemed clean / washed, but stained on both of the beds. There were other really minor things not functioning properly, like the drain plug was stuck down (I was able to fix it but had to mess with it from underneath, just not what you expect from a "clean" room you check into).

Only complaint I have is the strong smell of weed that you could smell when outside. The room was very spacious and clean
