the room they gave me was a joint room and the door didnt have lock, it was terrible go somewhere else, didnt feel save. Pay a few extra dollars a go somewhere else

Comfortable but not clean enough
Posted 23 Sep 2024 on HotelsWe were checked in by a very pleasant & helpful young lady who actually came to our room twice: once to help with a door lock problem and again to deliver extra towels. She was great. Unfortunately our room was less than appealing. There was grime on the inside of the door and something splattered on the ceiling. We wiped down all surfaces we used with disinfectant. But the beds were comfortable, the linen fresh, fridge & microwave clean. Wifi was better than most. Bathroom facilities were relatively new and worked well. It was reasonably quiet and we slept well but would be reluctant to return. Housekeeping did their job but management ultimately sets the standards of cleanliness.
