"Service was nice and friendly. The rooms had several major issues, in particular two of the four rooms had non functioning heaters. One of them had actually been disconnected from the wall and was laying on the floor! The maintenance man said “that shouldn’t be that way” and provided a large propane can heater, which wasn’t effective. Several other maintenance issues had been deferred. "

"We never got a mail with checkin procedures, as per stated in the confirmation mail from Expedia, and the hotel didn't respond to our attempt to contact them, so we had to book a different hotel, but we were still charged for the stay in full. Horrible customer un-service. Never again."

"Stayed there as it was close to the convention my team was attending to for a weekend. The place is quite simple but cozy. The staffs are all so sweet and accomodating. During breakfast, I asked the kitchen lady if we could order some eggs and she complied with a smile. She didn't let me pay for them at all, and on our last day, during breakfast, she already prepared the eggs for us again, without me even asking for them. So SWEET and GENEROUS! "Oh I do like to be beside the seaside! Comfortable, good breakfast, fixed evening meal, but jolly nice. Really interesting lift! Close to very big forest which is easy to get lost in, but lovely walking. I'd go back, but not in a hurry - there are other parts of the coast to explore now."
