Well organised hotel; excluding reception staff

But the reception service wasn't good enough; one of the ladies there was rude and non-welcoming at all; as a family we reserved 2 rooms supposed to be connecting rooms or next to each other or at least at the same floor; but the lady gave us a room for the parents at 4th floor while the children room at 7th floor!! she claimed that the hotel is almost full though our reservation was unrefundable and booked 4 days prior to stay.
The breakfast was poor and costy.
The wellness area needs more services; as the pool is cold; the jacuzi wasn't working and you need to reserve the sauna an hour before that as they turned it on only on request.
