Being there 6 days with things changing day to day, Tamara worked with us and took care of our needs with ease and empathy. She even took a moment to hug me, a complete stranger, the night my big brother passed away. I will never forget your kindness Tamara - thank you. "

"I haven’t been to Sylvan Lake for years, it’s changed a lot. Lovely area great views from the room. When they have a full hotel they should open the extra dining room to accommodate everyone as there were a lot of guests in one small area. "
