We had a great experience at this hotel. Staff was friendly & helpful. It was nice to have a double door, which helped keep the noise of those in the hall. We can walk to main attractions. Great restaurants around. Oh and breakfast buffet was AMAZING ! I would stay here again!

The distribution of the room has uncomfortable. It had an indoor balcony with a tree wallpaper, really it just wasn’t pretty. I would have rather have that space incorporated into the room. Other than that it was good.

Clean and safe, close to restaurants and a 20 minute walk to the Alhambra. Only negatives were lack of a shower stall and there was no safe in my room. Luckily staff gave me access to a lobby safe.

Great location with easy walkability to many things in Granada! Hotel is very nice and staff were great. Highly recommend!

It was very good my staying at NH Victoria Hotel. Very close to the Catedral and shops. Easy to go from the Hotel to any attraction. A very recommendable location.

The room we were given did not have adequate working air conditioning. I turned the air conditioning at the coldest setting, thinking it would
Take time to cool down. I unfortunately the AC did not work all night and had extremely difficulty sleeping.
I complained the the hotel staff in the morning, they said there is nothing they can do. A refund should be given.
