I paid for three persons and when l arrived the only person there that it was reserved only for two. The AC and refrigerator weren't working properly!

The staff was very unfriendly and poorly understanding. Room service terrible they had dirty sheets and bathroom and gave a nasty attitude when asked to be cleaned. Would not recommend at all.

The room was an apartment with a kitchen and living space, which was very nice. We didn’t need to run the AC because the building was quite cool. The beds were comfortable and we felt safe & at ease there.
The check-in time is very strict so don’t arrive early! Our free breakfast was mediocre and didn’t come with the condiments you expect (butter for toast, etc). My friend never got his drink as the server seemed more interested in avoiding customers than listening to what we’d asked for. It’s a great location and I would stay again but skip the breakfast.
