Great location

Posted 16 Dec 2019 on HotelsMy Stay was Good, i was looking at late Check out with the Hotel & was asked by the Hotel to pay for 1 1/2 day stay which I agreed too, But they are charging me there normal rate & not according to the rate I paid for when I booked the hotel on your website. Can you plz speak to them and address this issue for me on my behalf.
