The staff truly makes this place a pleasure to stay at while traveling through Vietnam. The breakfast is also great. We would stay again.

Every staff member was extraordinarily kind, eager to help and polite. Hotel is quiet. If complete darkness for sleep is required, bring an eye-cover. Shower pressure was great and water temperature was quick and consistent.

Clean and comfortable for a boutique hotel. My only concern is that there is only 1 small lift to serve all the hotel guests and the fire exit is rather narrow in case of any emergency. If the management will take some proactive measures,the above concerns can be eliminated.
Overall,it is a good hotel to stay in.

We regularly checked and test the fire alarm, ensure all smoke detectors fire sprinklers are functioning, ensure that our fire extinguishers are not expired and conduct fire drill for all our staff on a yearly basis.
