Mixed bag.
Reception was excellent. Breakfast was poor (e.g.stale artificial creamer instead of milk.) Would not give my wife a key until I got back with the room key, so she had to sit in the dark. No hot water in the shower except mid-afternoon. Good location. Clean. Noisy fridge, lift and aircon. Doors did not fit the frames, so light came into the room at night. Good WiFi.

This location was very central to a lot of shopping spaces. My hotel room was very basic, a nice queen sized bed, a desk, a TV, bathroom with shower and sink, but the water was always lukewarm to cold and the water temperature is why I’m rating a 3 out of 5. The breakfast buffet was actually ok, fairly common selection for Vietnamese hotels. Room cleaning came daily.
