The only things that have prevented me from giving this hotel 1 star is the location and the front-line staff that assisted me in securing a room change to their sister hotel because the management staff of the hotel were unresponsive when contacted by the support team at Expedia. The original room given requires many MANY updates before continuing to rent out the space. The room is extremely pungent with moth ball scents that seep into your clothing and belongings even if you stay there for only one night! The bathroom has bugs similar to appearance of "silver fish bugs" that crawl in and out of the drains. AC fan panels are broken so it can't adjust direction of air being blown, but hey at least that works. There are holes in the bathroom door covered by giftwrap similar to the colour of the door. The bathroom itself needs the flooring redone because the water pools into a corner and will stay there overnight unless you'd like to mop it up yourself. Their sister hotel has rooms in better condition, but this is my warning that if you care for a comfortable stay or would like your family to enjoy a restful night's sleep during your trip then stay away from this location. Another warning is not to pick up their free candy out front at the sister hotel, my mom did and the best way to describe what I saw looked like an explosion of tiny lice looking bugs crawling out of the candy and up her arms they were all over and move very fast. You've been warned!

empty minibar.no safe,do not flush any toilett paper to the toilett sign.20 years ago been the room that condition like on the pictures.next morning checked out.no refound.the hotels.com tried to contact with the hotel but no answer.

Very nice staffs. Responsive to issue quickly and follow up to ensure things have been resolved. Nice area. Close to everything we were looking for.

Is an average hotel but i guess you get what you paid for cheap and convenient but do not expect to much and is very noise at night

This hotel was nothing like the pictures on the website. It was dirty, outdated and falling apart in places. We did not feel safe here at all. We left early to move to another hotel.
