This property is located in an alley that is kinda hard to find and very inconvenient. Costumer service is horrible. I booked this place for five days, and three out of five days, they didn’t haev hot water. Well they didn’t have hot water certain hours of the day. When I complained about it, they told me there’s nothing wrong with the water tank and for me just to wait it out. It’s very hot in Vietnam so having an ac in the room is very important. Their ac in the room is old and have a mind of its own. Sometime it works and sometimes it doesn’t. When asked to get it fixed, they say that’s how the ac system in Vietnam. Overall, don’t book this place. All receptionists are quite rude and they don’t care about your concerns.

Our address is totally correct and anyone can easily find us on the map.2. There was an issue with the water boiling system but we had finished fixing it not long after we found out the issue.3. The AC has many running mode and some of them would make the AC run weaker than usual, so there is a chance that you have chosen that mode, We always welcome any questions and requests from our customers so you could always ask us.4. We tend not not disturb our guests unless there are anything that are important or worth worrying, otherwise we would try to keep silence to not disturb customers. The property was nothing like the pictures. It was situated in a fairly narrow alleyway with no access for car. We ended up dragging our suitcases to the hotel in the rain. We were extremely disappointed once checked in and shown our rooms. There was a strong odour from lack of ventilation in both rooms. We opted to upgrade to rooms with windows but they weren't better either. The receptionist sprayed the rooms with a deodorizer but it only masked the smell briefly. Despite paying upfront, we ended up paying to stay at another hotel 50m away and had a much better experience. The receptionist was nice and tried to accommodate us as best she can. It's not her fault that the hotel had misleading advertising materials on expedia and was not at all as described.

Excellent service. Upgraded to deluxe room for free. Room looked exactly as it is shown. Happily to come back. Had a great time with staff members.
