"A very nice new property with great staff. While it's located in a somewhat remote area, it's still conveniently close to major stores. The room is high-quality, quiet, and free from noisy heaters or air conditioning. However, the soundproofing between floors could be improved, as the sound of water flushing from the upper floor was quite loud. Aside from that, everything else was perfect."

"This is an older building in the traditional downtown portion of Campbell River. Thus the pricing was lower than other hotels in the neighbourhood, and was attractive to our family budget. What I didn't know, but discovered upon our arrival, is that this facility, in addition to providing transient and tourist lodging, is part of the communities on-going accommodation for the economically challenged people of CR.
