"Very friendly staff and the owner , Cheryl , was very nice and accommodating. The place is lovely. We lived in the upper floor and had the veranda and ‘sky bar’ for ourselves! We will definitely come back . Only setback is the short rocky road drive to the place. Otherwise a real As haven in tagbilaran. "

They had made a mistake and checked someone in under my name already when I arrived, and then instead of explaining the situation and asking my friends and I to please wait while they sorted it out, they literally ran away without telling us anything and we had to wait for 45 minutes while they worked on it. Never once apologized or explained, just handed us the key once it was fixed. Also didn’t give us the room we had paid for, ended up with only one...
