Tv set up poor you actually have to scroll through channels to find something to watch. No guide and typing in channel # not work

We do not know but a person died a couple of doors down either from an overdose or heart attack. Woman was screaming at 3:45. Yes I understand a death is upsetting but this went on for over 2 hours. She is outside screaming at the top of her lungs. Again I understand about a death but I have a stroke patient with me and he is agitated because of this. I called the office they were no help. I do feel someone should have tried to take control of the situation and at least tried to have the lady inside a room where she would not disturb other people all night long !!! Not to mention there was a dam dog barking until 1:00 am. So I got no dam sleep !!!!!!!!!!!!!

One bed out of 2 was comfortable. Did not like taking a cold shower because of poor maintenance of the shower controls

The first room they put us in the TV did not work. The second room they put us in had multiple roaches I have pictures as well. The lady Jennifer at the front desk was very nasty, rude & not nice. Also mentioned that she would not stay at the hotel that she works at either. I'm going to share my experience with corporate as well.

It’s a old hotel, but good for the price. The front desk lady was very friendly.

I was greeted nicely by the lady & gentleman at front desk. Check-in was seamless & the room is decent for a nights sleep on our road trip. Love that it’s pet friendly so our fur baby can be with us.
