"Luis was extremely helpful and excellent communication via whats app. Great location close to the cathedral, shops, restaurants, etc. There’s a small grocery store steps away and a great breakfast spot. The building has been restored yet maintains a vintage feel with loads of character. the apartment is bright, spacious and very clean. The bed is large and comfortable with good pillows. parking is an easy walk with good access to highway. can’t fault anything!"

"Our suite on the 5th floor with terrace was wonderful. The daily requirements were all free (sugar/milk for coffee/cleaning materials, etc) were free and easily accessible. The amenities were all top notch and support staff extremely friendly and helpful. This is one of the best short term rentals we have ever encountered and will absolutely look for Numa properties wherever we travel! We highly recommend Numa in Granada and wherever you go!"

"Good location. Easy access to/from bus station via 33 bus and walkable to the Alhambra if you don't mind the steep hill. Excellent communication with the apartment managers before and during our stay. Apartment would feel more homely with a few pictures on the wall. One of the comfy chairs was splitting but bed was comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Communication was great before we arrived. Knowing that we would arrive when no one was there, they wanted to make sure that we would arrive safely. We drove, so definitely follow THEIR directions. Google and apple maps don't take you the correct way. You enter into a blocked area that only vehicles with the okay can pass through. They took our license plate number which is how we got through. it was super crowded and the streets were narrow, so drive carefully. Parking was tight, but it...

"The flat is very nice. It has been modernised and the lounge and kitchen area are big and you can relax there as a family. "Gorgeous hotel, befitting of the very close Alhambra location. Our huge room was amazing with view of the Alhambra, at night especially pretty, soaking tub in middle of room with beautiful windows.Beautiful terrace for drinks, we had an amazing dinner, the tarte cake with chestnut sauce melts in your mouth. Very close walk to the monument and a beautiful garden. Peaceful "

"Extremely super property with staff that will go out of their way to assist and please with a great friendly attitude. Ambiance business as well as family friendly with heated outdoor swimming pool and relaxing very nicely maintained area. Great buffet breakfast with variety that can suit to every liking. Eco/nature friendly that is noticeable throughout the property. The hotel has two buildings joined by a walkway on the 3rd floor via elevators. Upscale department stores, cafes and dining options are all around within the easy walking distance. "
