I had a filthy dirty bed to climb into. I got to change the bed at 1 am. They sent a boy up who couldn't make a bed! Then the next day housekeeping didn't even remake it. I spoke with the management and they assured me they would credit me 1 night. They would stay in touch via email. I have heard nothing from them . This is not a 5 star hotel. I have the photo's of the dirty linens. I have never had such a bad experience . I couldn't sleep thinking they had cleaned nothing and that the room occupants might return. Poor service the whole way around.

Toilet did not work for half of our first day. They finally fixed it but it took a lot of prodding to get it done

AVOID! The hotel is run down. The room was small and the ceiling was leaky and had collected water and formed a bump and I was scared it would collapse on my head while I was showering. This is NOT even a 3 star facility. Front desk staff didnt seem to care much and Expedia didnt help either. All they did was offer another run down room with leaky shower. Breakfast was managed well and the staff were nice. I will NOT come back
