Bad Service at check in - unhelpful re pets

Very disappointed to be given Floor 5 with 2 large dogs. Asked repeatedly for a lower floor the check in staff very unhelpful kept saying fully booked and couldn’t move my room. The annoying thing was not everyone had checked in and they could I am sure done a simple swap for me. Very frustrating to be met by poor service and little empathy

It was for only one night with our dog. Clean but small place. No reception on that day but easy access per code. For the price it was ok

Réception très désagréable

20 h personne à la réception. Pas d'explication pour confirmer la réservation. On finit par avoir quelqu'un au bout du fil, vraiment pas aimable et pas serviable. Nous avons des bagages volumineux, l'hôtel n'a pas d'ascenseur.
