Clean well equipped room & clean pool. For the price paid the accommodation was ok.

Unfortunately I only had 1night there. But it was a good room and the pool aera was very good. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Not a good option for families.
Posted 8 Jul 2024 on HotelsFor a family of 5 (incl. 3 kids), we were taken to a regular flat in a nearby residential building. 2 main complains: Bathroom is tiny and ill-equipped, with black mold in the shower and around the sink; the shower is really tiny and the door does not close properly without maneuvering. Second is the layout of the air conditioning units, which face the sleeping beds or are right above them, so you have the choice of sleeping and waking up sick, or not sleeping because of the heat. This bistro is not setup to be a hotel per se; they emailed me the same afternoon to say that there was a problem with my CC, while the reservation showed "collect at property". Why would they try to collect prior? IDK.
Overall, it was not a good value for the money at all.

We are family run business and serve families.We have also some suggestions to you for your next reservation to make it even better for yourself, Please check your reservation first before put a comment. -You booked a 2bedroom residental apartment. There is maps and pictures on your reservation. Each pictures has their own explanation.-On air condirion you can arrange swing way of air. if you dont know how to do it you could ask our assit and we could arrange swing way for you-As our name as at entrance. It says Mavi Restaurant & Bistro, it does not say Mavi Hotel. We are a restaurant with accommodation and we are set up for restaurant and acommodation.-Bathroom is big enough for 2bedroom apartment as standarts for construction plans. otherwise we could not get habitation and business licence. But of course you can ask bigger bathroom but that time you should book a villa. -Thank you. All our best. We wish you have an excelent holiday.
