My toddler caught the stomach bug while traveling. The staff at this hotel was great accommodating us. They allowed us to check in 3 hours early. They were very helpful throughout our whole stay. They offered us extra towels, trash bags to store soiled clothes, and anything that could make our stay more comfortable.

They were unable to provide a receipt after charging card for one night stay after the lady at the front desk told me the incidental charge was $30 and I got a notification frommy bank that $114.36 waa charged instead. Be honest and provide a receipt. I do not like those business practices.

They had an infestation of lady bugs and we saw them in the stairwell and ceiling as we were leaving & had found 3 in our room including on my husband’s bag, in the bathroom and a smashed one on the floor. We were up on the second floor. The bathroom was clean but dingy.

The staff were friendly and nice. They offered anything I requested even if it was out of their way. The facility could use some remodeling. However, this hotel was worth the money if you’re on a budget. The breakfast didn’t have a great selection. This may be from the fact I had to get an “on-the-run” breakfast instead of being able to sit down with a plate. However, all I could get to eat was a blueberry muffin. The hotel next door had a lot of construction going on so it was noisy and unpleasant to look at. I understand that the hotel next door’s construction noise and sight cannot be helped by this hotel but it was still unpleasant.
