Absolutely loved my stay here. Adrian, the property manager was amazing. Took care of everything my group needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Spiders and snake skin in room

The first night the rain water got in the room, there were rats and bats in the roof and the were two spiders and the there were nobody answering. Finally the next day the change the room for other with the grass height and snake skin. This was a really bad experience.

The food was truly excellent. The service was very good. And, unless you’re from Colombia, you will be eaten alive by bugs. They are overwhelmingly abundant.

This place its perfect to rest! The service is excellent but the best part is the food. If your a foodie this place is a must. Air conditioner in rooms that look like traditional Native American houses or bohíos it make your stay so much more confortable.

Posted 6 Aug 2018 on HotelsThis place is amazing. It was highly recommended to us but it was beyond what we expected. Service is very friendly and personalized. Food is amazing, made from ingredients grown at the reserve. The river surrounded by the rainforest and mountains is beautiful.

Remote location, romantic setting.
Posted 2 Apr 2018Beautiful, rustic hotel. Amazing food, accomodating staff. Jacuzzi in every cabin. Outdoor shower. Tons of wild life. Overall great experience. The only critique I would add is that it is not very kid-friendly. This is a more adults-only hotel, and we did not know that going in. My three year old twins were the only kids on the premises. They had an amazing time though, but I was a little worried about a tantrum or a shriek in the middle of the intimate dinner the couple next to us was having. Would visit again but definitely without the kids.
