The position of the hotel was good allow to have a excellent view off the sea

They put us in an annexe which was down four flights of steps cut into the mountainside. The safety tail was rotten and one length cake off when leant against. The annexe looked like a public toilet from the outside. On the inside it was clean but very basic. Air con did not work. There was a hole in the back of the door which meant the ‘door’ was only the thickness of laminated plastic in places. We complained and were finally moved to another hotel. Unfortunately this hotel then refused to speak English to both us and an Expedia rep as we looked to shorten our stay and wanted to pay accordingly. Awful experience.

Firsty, we remind you that the accomodation in “cottage” was agreed with you, after you booked two attic bedrooms not suitable for medium-large dogs.
Secondly, you did not inform us about your relatives disabilities. If you had told us, we would have cancelled the reservation.
In addition, you have written: “The annexe looked like a public toilet from the outside.”; Probably you are used to booking only this type of hotel. Our Cottage are located in a semi rural location near the main building and the swimming pool, with a beautiful view over the sea. They have four or three beds, private toilet, a little fridge, television and air conditioning which works only if the balcony is closed.
To sum up, we tried to help you in spite of your special needs, so we did not believe was necessary to apply any special discount.

Ben organizzato. Personale gentilissimo. Stanze di ottima qualità in tutto. Ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene.

Wonderful host and and the place offers an AMAZING view! The room was too small for staying longer, but the bed comfortable.
