Excellent location, very close to Dalai Lama temple, exit to dharamshala road. Fantastic views of valley and mountain both. Food was delicious and owner and staff are very welcoming

Ventilation was not good in our room.
Food was really good.
Staff was also accommodating.
Overall it's not a bad place to book if you get a good room with mountain view from room.

hello, thanks for your feed back ,thanks for praise for our property. actually you booked without balcony room which was centralised with heating system due to winter season. we have 4 category rooms, deluxe category have no balcony which is mention on room description. but rest of rooms ae best best balcony and mountain view.

worst possible experience with Hotels.com
Posted 30 May 2022 on HotelsAbsolutely terrible place to book your stay. the pics added by hotels.com is NOT what you get in reality. On top of it hotels.com was not helpful at all in helping to resolve the matter . this is the last time i will be using their services. they have overcharged me for the room as well as we enquired with the hotel when we reached there and the room was available much cheaper than what we got from hotels.com. and they advertise it as the best deals available which is literally fraud !
