1. Location was not bad and hotel staff Asad was friendly. 2. Room condition and toilet was terrible and as per website no gym at all. 3. There is no reception desk. Hope management will improve on the above so that more visitor come.

Sorry that day we was fully booked , two guests / rooms supposed to check out but they got flight cancelled , that s way we shifted them to near by another hotel , sorry for the inconvenience

Staff pushing into the room all the time looking for something to tinker with so they can ask for a tip. just stand in silence for ages not leaving. Staff knocking on the door even after 9 p.m. won't take no for an answer, not wanting dinner requires repeated explanation. I was asked what my problem was when I stood in the doorway to stop staff pushing into the room. This hotel is worse than India for staff begging which is not typical of Bangladesh. private bathroom is separate room. Hotel is hard to find, says it is a furniture shop outside. when checking in staff unsure whether to accept the booking as Hotels.com doesn't pay them in advance
