Hotels with Swimming Pool in Dhaka, Dhaka Division

"Really great location close to the airport so you get to avoid some of the traffic in the city. Staff at the hotel were all great start to finish, the food at the restaurants and room service was excellent and the staff were always attentive and available. The hotel driver (Khokon) was also great, was always on time and easy to communicate with. "

"I stayed there for business purpose. Central location for all important areas in Dhaka. The facility actually feels like a 5 star hotel compared to some of the other 5 stars in Dhaka. "

"The staff at the hotel is second to none! Though most restaurants were closed, the main restaurant was quite good. The price for a glass of wine was outrageous! With tax $30 US. "

"The restaurant is great for dining option. The rooftop bar is good too, however the choice of music was not up to the standard. "

"AC did not work. Finally was changed to another room. AC did not work in that room either. At restaurant, BIG cockroach running down glass near table and across floor. WIFI weak, very slow (like dial-up) and dropped off more than once. Property has potential, but greater attention to details would be helpful."

But they claim to charge extra for pool usually, and the pool area has no privacy or maintenance, or a place to relax, it's dirty too and people from neighborhood buildings keeps starring, which is quite uncomfortable. They don't have room service after 4 / 5 pm, which can also be inconvenient. And have told us "no guests will be allowed to visit" even after taking a suite. The quality of service is quite poor, compared to what they charge."

"I should've been in here by 2 pm. But i got here little late. They had me waited for long time. They were gossiping with each other, laughing using phones. But rather than that everything else was cool. Food is expensive here. Outside food is not allowed. Water bottle is only given upon requested."
