Worst customer service by website Hotels.com

At the time of check-in there was a issue with the number of guests booked. The same was sorted by hotel staff however a call to website Hotels.com from where room was booked had worst experience of mine . Inspite of informing him about ISD call , the hotels.com executive kept on hold for 15 mins till my phone balance was over and then no response from hotels.com. is is professional to keep your customer hanging at a different country and shrug yoirslef of responsibilities. I'm never going to book from hotels.com again. The hotel Dhaka Garden Inn is really good, it's a clean and well mantained rooms and staff is very helpful. They put extra effort to ensure your comfort. I'll be visiting them again

DISGUSTED SEEING THE ROOM

BOOKED HOTEL FOR 6 DAYS STAY, FRONT RECEPTION DESK STAFF WAS OK POOR STAFF WHAT CAN THEY DO THEY ARE JUST AN EMPLOYEE. THE HOTEL IS HORRIBLE, ROOM IS LIKE A JAIL ROOM, I BOOKED A SINGLE ROOM THERE IS NO WINDOW,I SAW LIZARD ON THE WALL AND THE FURNITURES LOOKS LIKE TAKEN FROM GARAGE SALE. DO NOT GET IMPRESSED BY THE PICTURES SHOWN ON THE WEB PAGE IS NOT TRUE. ONE WORD IS A BAD HOTEL.

The above mentioned situation was two years before. Now we updated every room amenities as like shown the photo and service also updated . Now it is operating by a new professional team

Never again

The reception staff and the attendants are well-mannered, other than that this place is a complete disaster. The pictures are probably photoshopped. I haven't seen a room this bad and this old and this small. I booked a double room, I got a single. They don't allow visitors of any gender in the room.

Overall everything is changed. we renovated all rooms and room amenities and recruited professional staffs. Its not possible to you reserved a double room but provide single room.

Dhaka Stay

I was on a short business visit and I stayed there for 3 nights. First the positives : a) Efficient and free pickup at the airport,(except for the trolley boy placard holder nexus which was anticipated as another guest had written about it) b) Quick check in and check out c) Fruit basket in room with a welcome fresh fruit juice d) Small but a good breakfast spread ( again included) e) Efficient staff f) Good location. Not too close to the hustle bustle of main road but in near vicinity of good eateries and a food mart next door g) Bottled water replenished daily Now the Negatives : a) Room rent high for the facilities given and room size b) Need a tea/coffee maker in room

日本人の客が多く安心感はある。スーパーなどへは徒歩で6、7分くらいでいけるが、夜の外出は絶対避けたい。朝食は無難に食べられるレベル

設備的に価格と見合わない点は多かったですが、スタッフの皆さんの親しみやすく丁寧な対応は素晴らしかったです。
