Very clean and we have very pleasant experience staying at this Villa. I would stay here again in the future.

I love the hotel overall, but I feel as though I was scammed by Expedia, who charge me an additional cost for breakfast, when breakfast is included (free) as a part of staying at the hotel. Also, please do not be fooled by the hotel Positive reviews, they offered me Floating breakfast to do a review after my first night. Which I did, for a review, but later on in the night, I was bitten up by Mosquitoes. Or Bed bugs. I can’t say for sure.

they entered into the villa without my permission to serve the breakfast. i did not reply to telephone as I was not ready for the breakfast and they quietly entered into the villa by unlocking the main gate with the duplicate key without any knock or warning. its highly unprofessional of them. I will never stay and would never recommend this villa. for me its not a small matter. its breach of privacy.

On Behalf of the entire Staffs, we loved having you here staying with us and managed to deliver a great service to you and happy to welcoming you with our fresh welcome drink and our facilities like Jacuzzi and private pool. We do apologize for the inconvenience causes during your stay regarding about the breakfast service actually we trying to do our best for the service, as guest already choose the time for breakfast one day before so we want to served the breakfast on time, we already trying to call guest villa many times and no one answer it, we think that the guest not in the room but at pool area that is why nobody answer the phone, we just worry that the food will not warm anymore, so we come to your villa but we knocking the doors but nobody answer, so we open the gate by our key in slowly and we do greeting "Om swastyastu, breakfast ready", still nobody answer so we just setup the breakfast in your villa. Regarding the breakfast served we will improve our service and more concern give the better service to the guest. Any chance to welcoming you again in near future wish you have a great day.
