The staff are so helpful and sweet. My late night check in went so smooth and I was asleep before I knew it!!

This place was wonderful bed was comfortable and staff were excellent. Was quiet stayed for 9 days. Would recommend for anyone.

That place is run by a family and they're very tribal and if you complain about one of them the rest of them will Target you and in my case they'll have you arrested for complaining about treating you like garbage. They had me arrested for asking the manager to get behind the desk and have a professional conversation rather that calling me vile names and screaming I don't care, leave over and over. Outrageous and unnecessary. It's a total lack of human respect and absolutely NO hospitality/customer service education, clearly

Yeah so this whole family thinks they haven't made and they can just push people around and make them feel like they are doing us a favor by letting us stay there and suspecting every little thing that we're bringing in there and just because I was trying to be nice and keep the place clean and not make these girls do extra work by cleaning my room when I'm hardly even here they don't give a s*** they think I'm hiding something in there but they can go about it in a different way where every single thing doesn't have to start with no no ask Maria anything and it's always no

I understand being upset that we have to say no when we don't have what is wanted, but that's all we can say when we don't have what a guest request and tell them where they can get it, if it's available in the area.
