Very courteous and helpful staff, always wiling to make your stay comfortable. Lovely location. Panoramic view is absolutely wonderful. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The BEST hotel experience I have ever had!!!!
The staff is professional, accomodating and friendly. Every inch of the hotel was impeccably clean. The spa was a fantastic experience with kind, knowledgeable staff. The infinity pool was clean with a luxurious ambience. The food was good with many choices. The Concierge, Aryi, was Outstanding!! She coordinated day trips for me, paying attention to every detail to make my experience memorable. This stay was more than Exceptional!!!

Stayed with family for two nights. One of the best experiences I have had with hotel stays in Kerala. Clean property with very attentive staff. The restaurants on-site serve top-notch menus. We enjoyed eating at Desi Aromas. Staff dedication deserves praise.
I am very particular about hotel stays especially when traveling with children. The Panoramic Getaway surpassed my expectations so much so that our future stays when in Munnar will be here.

Boutique Hotel with the most awesome view of the mountains. Really a panoramic view. Staff and service were excellent. Really enjoyed my stay there. If you visit, make sure to get a massage from Leni.
