We asked for room service late in the night, just to get some water-bottles and plates. They refused saying that the kitchen was closed. Definitely not what you expect.

Not helpful.
Posted 18 Feb 2018Had a delay with our visa and hotel denied cancelling, nor.changing our reservation for another day. The were not helpful and willing to assist. Shame on them.

staff is very helpful.
room is very neat and clean.
hotel restaurant is average. morning buffet is variety.
it's recommended.
