Pros: Very good location, beautiful views and good room.
Cons: The room just lacked a hair dryer and the internet connectivity should improve. Also the food quality needs to improve little bit.
We had a good stay in the hotel. However, the food quality needs to improve a bit, eg. a toaster should be kept in the breakfast room, so that fresh toast can be made and not hard toasts made in advance.

Pros: Flower garden , rooms and all other facilities
It was a wonderful experience as the ambience, service , cuisine and staff all were excellent. Felt relaxed and happy during the entire stay.

Beautiful Property
Posted 4 Apr 2017We had a wonderful time at this resort ...best for family ....kids enjoyed the open spaces, trees and the playing garden at the resort. If you love to wake up to the tunes of humming birds...KTDC tea county is the place to be in.....only area of improvement would be with the food variety they provide.

Comfortable hotel, close to city centre
Posted 27 Feb 2017KTDC Tea County is an excellent property with a beautiful landscape, well appointed rooms. Each block and each room at different levels, provide a good view. Staffs were courteous. Housekeeping services were up to the mark. Nice place to have a relaxed holiday. Close to Munnar town centre and to the market, at the same time away from all the hustles and bustles as the property is located high up on the hill away from the main road. The food is also good and the buffet has a reasonable spread.

Pros: Ambiennce and hospitality
Cons: You may upgrade existing facility. Internet and room heating.
Location: Lot many all of them were exciting and reachable
Stay is comfortable. Room heater was noisy, hotel staff was kind in replacing but heater noise continued. Breakfast was excellent. Food during dinner was also very good. Local Kerala cuisine was not available.
Coffee and tea rate could have been reasonable.
