I thought it was a lovely hotel with a great location and helpful staff. Minor gripe: the breakfast was too overpriced to take up and making the tea/coffee machine in the lobby free would have been a nice touch.

Everything about the property was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was exactly as booked and our stay was very pleasant.

A nice, clean, new property, however we had no hot water on our second morning and it wasn’t rectified until after we were required to check out, so cold showers during a German winter was not pleasant. Front desk staff were polite and apologetic, but with the price paid for this room, a discount or remedy should have been offered on the spot for such a significant service failure.

Our stay was comfortable, but the beds were a bit firm. Easy access to the train station also walkable to Dom, maybe a bit over a mile.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurant had a nice seiection of meal choices on the menu, the atmosphere was luxurious, the food was fantastic! The breakfast brunch was unparalleled, with the number anbd quality of food options and very nicely prepared/displayed.
