Parking lot adjacent to property old dirty and under construction. Property is dated.

This was my second stay within a month at this property. The hotel rooms are outdated and have a stale odor. The rooms aren't cleaned properly. My trash was not emptied, my bed was not properly made, and the bathtub/shower wasn't cleaned. I had to move three times due to various issues with the rooms (HVAC, Plumbing). In the first room, the HVAC system didn't work so I was moved to another room which was a double instead of a king. The second room had plumbing issues and the phone didn't work. I was told they were sold out and couldn't move until the next day. I was not offered any concessions for my inconvenience. The next day I was moved to a third room which was better and was offered a breakfast coupon. I spoke with the manager but he was not eager to help and didn't seem too concerned about the situation. I would not recommend it or stay there again!
