I ordered my room through a third party, for my honeymoon weekend. So I ordered one of the suites, which is bigger. The third party charged me for my room, and when we got there, because of some miscommunication, my room was cancelled. However the hotel made up for this!! They were amazing! They even decorated our room, it was SO nice! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Upon check in, the front desk clerk was not hospitable what so ever. I'm not sure if he was dealing with something personally, but I got the impression he didn't want to be there. The lighting in our room was very poor. There was only one small lamp in the room. The electrical sockets in the wall nears our headboards weren't working correctly. The bar soap they have in the bath rooms, are literally the size of a casino chip. I didn't get a text from the hotel informing us that the pool was out of order, until after we checked in. My wife and I stayed at this property a couple years ago shortly after it became the Leo. The f\first experience was great. Coming back years later, I must say thing definitely have declined since.

As most hotels we have switched our amenities to dispensers, so the soap provided is just an extra amenity for those who prefer bar soap, and we can always provide additional if not enough. We are working to make additional improvements for our guests daily and hope you visit again to get to experience this!

The hotel was so nice, the area was fine, the breakfast was simple but delicious.
Also, we checked in a little earlier and there was no problem.

The property was nice. It was having a renovation on the pool area so I didn't see that. The room was nice and the property was nice.
