Wonderful stay here! We had a great visit and enjoyed all the amenities of The Inn at 97 Winder. Really felt like an old fashioned bed and breakfast in the best way possible. Would certainly try to stay here again if coming through Detroit.

What a beautiful, historic building! We truly enjoyed our stay for our sister weekend. The beds weren’t super comfortable, but the rest of the stay was great. The ability to book massages was a high point as well!

Our 2nd time staying at this property, and it's very nice. We love the old style feel with the natural wood and the vintage designs. Could use a little TLC on something's ( loose bathroom fixtures, blinds, better mattress) Overall great place, we will definitely book again!!

Great location and really nice place. Enjoyed the feel of the place. Paid for the gated parking but the gate never closed so didn’t really need to. No thermostats in the rooms and our room was quite cold through the night

So close to the Little Ceasar' s Arena. We left our car parked at the hotel and went to see a Piston's game. Walking distance. Very historical hotel. We love antiques and enjoyed our 1-night stay. We would like to stay again when we come see a game or a concert in downtown Detroit.

Property has great history and timeless furniture pieces but room could’ve used a thorough cleaning. No thermostat and room was warm. Room had an odor of being in a museum. Bed was mediocre but clean. Parked early but not allowed to check in. We didn’t want to go into room but wanted to be checked in since we didn’t want to have to return between 4:00-8:00. That would’ve cost an additional $50 which was unreasonable since the room was already quite expensive. Not very friendly either if you want return customers. Location is great for game.

Beautiful property, the antique touch throughout the building along with its history’s makes for an unforgettable stay. We stayed in the queen room with a private jacuzzi and it was lovely. Breakfast was also provided with bagels, muffin assortments, fresh fruit, cereal, and yogurt is provided which was perfect for us. Staff was friendly and very helpful in every way we will definitely be back to stay again!
