My room looked nothing like the website. My room had no tissue and hair in the bathroom. Hallway smells and to hold $150 deposit for that type of room is outrageous. Everything looked dirty

THE STAFF IS ALWAYS GREAT AND ACCOMODATING. I HAD MY FLIGHT CANCELLED AND THEY LET ME CHECK OUT AT 2:00PM AT NO EXTRA COST WHICH WAS A HUGE HELP FOR ME!

Overall the experience wasn’t horrible but the customers that live here the majority of the time don’t clean up after their dogs, I found one dog owner who’s dog peed on the floor by the side entrance right in front of me and never intended on cleaning it up. Also the same individual allowed their dog to just poop in the surrounding grass and made no effort to clean it up. If they have pets the owners should get fined or max charged for not cleaning up after their pets. Other than that it’s not to loud and it convenient to the mall, freeway, and various food facilities.

In regards to my room, I turned down the sheets and found what appeared to be blood stains on bottom sheet. Reported to front deck and I was addressed. Found food in cupboard from previous lodger. These are quality control issues.

This property is over rated. At best I would rate it a 4 out if 10. The reception desk is run down. We had 2 use a phone to have an attendant assist us. While he was helpful he didnt look professional nor did the lady that checked us in later in the day. The building smelled of smoke and room was stale and a bit run down. The appliances were very dated. And the patons in the building sketchy. Based on the price should have known that you get what you pay for.
