When we initially checked in everything went smooth but the first room was terrible it looked as though nothing was cleaned the tub had dirt on the bottom the toilet seat liked over used and abused the walls were funky they ac unit had stuff in it there were wires hanging out of the ceiling where the fire alarm should’ve been ( I have pictures of everything) so the manager offered a second room and it was a little better then the first room but still terrible as wires was still hanging out of the ceiling where the far alarm should have been and the floors were sticky and wholes where in the walls and gunk was still all over the place the hotel need Jesus (I want to include pictures) I was just ready to go as soon as I checked in but I just dealt with it since the staff was ok even though they don’t have a 24 hour desk they just have a phone number to call which they may or may not pick up after hours… I was dealing with it until my last few days me and my husband were not provided with room service and wasn’t given any instructions on what to do when we needed new trash bags or anything so we would put a grocery bag tied up outside the door till we get up to take on our way out (only done two times) and it would be taken by the time we would wake up to take it out it would be gone so that’s what we did until the manager knocked on our door at 7am talking about take it to the end of the hall and put it in the trash which was a couple steps away from our new room. I got there to check in and theg said they never received my reservation fron Expedia even after I showed them my confirmation numbers and method of payment. Was told to leave and contact Expedia which I couldn't get in touch with anyone at Expedia until Sunday morning.

Our sincere apologies for the issue with Expedia reservations this past weekend. We do not know why Expedia did not answer the call from you. We cannot modify Expedia reservations and we understand the frustration as we were frustrated as well. We do hope you give us another try in the future. We do accept reservations directly at all our properties.

This is most definitely the nastiest place I have stayed at in YEARS, and I’ve had to stay in motels from time to time, and this makes those look like 5 star hotels. Never again staying here.

The refrigerator in my suite was broken and smelled horrible. The sink was stopped up and garbage disposal didn’t work so the drain smelled horrible. There were gnats coming out of the sink. The electrical In The room must have had a short In It because all the lamps flickered and the cable box to the tv kept clicking on and off. The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed and the air coming out of the heater/air conditioner smelled musty. The only reason I stayed was because it was late and I needed to sleep but I was very disappointed and I will never book this hotel again.

Cleanness in very a very low level. Promised for an early check in, and when our driver showed up there were no available rooms
