I truly enjoyed the costumer service. Very welcoming and informative. We did not enjoy the pool area so much. Kids should not be allowed to play in the jacuzzi area. It was a mess and the water looked very dirty. Someone on the fourth floor was throwing full bottles of water at the pool from above almost injuring our kids and other people and children. We told security but nothing was done about it so we had to leave the pool area and our children were very disappointed. Also, I don’t agree with paying for parking. That’s unacceptable seeing that I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before and never experienced this. No breakfast vouchers or anything accommodating for this unnecessary charge. Anything would have been nice to accommodate us for these issues. Hopefully if we ever book this hotel again we will have a better experience.

Have kids running around in the midnight and several times someone banging the door around 1am, but overall good service and hotel

I requested a room with a balcony which we did NOT receive. They also had on their end that I wanted a higher room. Which I never requested.
The rooms had no microwave and had a coffee maker with no creamer, sugar or stir sticks. I asked Room Service to bring me some Creamer and Sugar and they never did.
We enjoyed the bar area and restaurant. The food was really good. The front desk staff was super friendly.
